Contract clients get priority when a lift stops — we already know the lift and we are not
meeting it for the first time in an emergency.
When something does go wrong, this is how we
charge. If we come out and can't put it right there and then because a part has to be
ordered, that visit costs you nothing. When we actually do the repair — that day, or
when we come back with the part — the work is charged by the hour, plus the parts. An
agreement covers your scheduled servicing and puts you first in the queue; it doesn't make
repairs free, and we'd rather say so now than surprise you later.
