Homes & villas
Compact passenger and platform lifts for private houses, including low-pit and low-headroom options where there's no room for a conventional shaft.
All we need from you is three things: your budget, the location, and a few details about the building. Then we come out and inspect it free of charge — and only then do we give you a price. No guessing over the phone, and nothing to pay for the visit. The free inspection is a first-time offer for new customers, on new lift installations. A breakdown or a repair on an existing lift is a normal chargeable call-out — book one here.
We install brand-new lifts across Malta — homes, apartment blocks, shops, hotels, clinics and factories — and we are not tied to one manufacturer, so we don't sell you whatever we happen to stock. We price-match too: if you already have a quotation, bring it to us.
1 Which lift do you need?
2 How many stops (floors)?
3 What do you think it should cost?
A rough idea is fine — it helps us put the right lift in front of you instead of guessing. If it isn't realistic for the building we'll tell you honestly, and show you what is.
4 Where do we come and inspect?
We come to the building and measure the shaft or the space ourselves — so we need the address, not just an email. Nothing is charged for this first inspection — a first-time offer for new customers on a new installation.
5 Who do we speak to?
No obligation. The free inspection is a first-time offer for new customers on
a new installation; repairs and breakdown call-outs are charged as normal. We reply
personally — usually the same day.
We do not quote a price online: we come and measure, then give you a real one.
Most installers represent one manufacturer, so every building somehow needs that manufacturer's lift. We service and repair every major brand in Malta every week — which means we already know which ones are reliable here, which ones are a nightmare for spares, and which one makes sense for your shaft and your budget. You get that advice from the engineers who will still be looking after the lift in ten years, not from a salesman who moves on after handover.
What you think it should cost, how many stops it has to serve, and whether it's residential or commercial. That is genuinely all we need to get started.
We visit the address and measure the shaft or the space ourselves — headroom, pit, door openings, power. The inspection costs you nothing and puts you under no obligation.
We find the right supplier for that specification and hand you a clear written price, installed and commissioned. Then we service it — the same team, on a maintenance agreement if you want one.
If it moves people or goods between floors, we can supply and install it.

Keeping the shaft and structure but renewing the controller, drive, doors and car — usually a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.
We'll look at what you've been offered, tell you honestly whether it's the right lift for the building, and match or beat the price where we can. If the other quote is genuinely the better deal, we'll tell you that too.
We install, service and repair every major brand installed in Malta — and we're happy to source outside this list if it's the right answer for your building.
Tell us the budget and the number of stops. We'll come and measure, and you'll get a straight price from people who fix lifts for a living.
